Bachecalavoro is seeking a Customer Specialist in Catania to be the first point of contact for customers. You will respond via phone, email, chat, and other channels, guiding customers through orders, accounts, products, and services to ensure a smooth experience from start to resolution.

The role requires fluent Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2), EU citizenship or Portuguese residency, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, clear, and relevant information.
• Handle questions, complaints, and concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive and customer-focused approach.
• Support customers in navigating processes, platforms, products, and services.
• Accurately record customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and provide feedback to help improve processes and service quality.
• Stay up to date with company products, services, policies, and procedures through ongoing training.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in Italian (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portugueseresidency card
