Job summary

Savior Artigos Texteis Lda is hiring Italian-speaking Customer Support Specialists to support customers of a digital bank, on-site in Lisbon, Portugal. If you've worked with people's money before and want an international move that's already sorted, this is for you.

You will relocate with flight reimbursed, free apartment, and bonuses, plus 40 hours per week with 24/7 rotating shifts. Training before first customer and a 29 October 2026 start date are included.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian and English (B2 minimum).
• At least 1 year of experience in banking, financial services, or insurance.
• EU passport holder, so no visa needed.
• Comfortable with rotating shifts, including weekends.
• Ready to relocate to Lisbon and work on-site.
