Job summary

CB Talents SP is hiring Italian-speaking Customer Support Specialists to support customers of a digital bank on-site in Lisbon, Portugal.

Relocate with flight reimbursed, free apartment, and a €1,500 bonuses package including a €1,000 signing bonus and €500 loyalty bonus after six months.

You will handle inquiries in Italian and English, work 40 hours per week in rotating shifts, and join a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian and English (B2 minimum).
• At least 1 year of experience in banking, financial services, or insurance.
• EU passport holder, so no visa needed.
• Comfortable with rotating shifts, including weekends.
• Ready to relocate to Lisbon and work on-site.
