Job summary

CB Talents SP in Lisbon is hiring Italian-speaking Customer Support Specialists to support customers of a digital bank on-site in Lisbon. If you have banking experience and want an international move that's already sorted, this is for you.

You will work 40 hours per week on rotating shifts, receive a €1,050 gross monthly salary and a €1,000 signing bonus plus a €500 loyalty bonus after six months. A free apartment and flight reimbursement are provided, with the start date on 29 October 2026.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian and English (B2 minimum)
• At least 1 year of experience in banking, financial services, or insurance
• EU passport holder, no visa needed
• Willing to relocate to Lisbon and work on-site
• Comfortable with rotating shifts, including weekends
