Savior Artigos Texteis Lda is hiring Italian-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join our Lisbon team, supporting customers of a digital bank on-site in Portugal. You will handle inquiries in Italian and English, resolve account questions, and work with a collaborative team.

You'll relocate to Lisbon with an apartment provided, flight reimbursed, and bonuses totaling €1,500. The role requires shifting schedules, including weekends, and 40 hours per week.

Formación

• Fluent Italian and English (B2 minimum)
• At least 1 year of experience in banking, financial services, or insurance
• EU passport holder, no visa required
• Comfortable with rotating shifts, including weekends
• Ready to relocate to Lisbon and work on-site
