Job summary

CB Talents SP is hiring Italian-speaking Customer Support Specialists to support customers of a digital bank. The position is on-site in Lisbon, Portugal, with relocation included. You will assist customers in Italian and English, resolving banking-related queries as part of a rotating shift schedule.

The role requires fluent Italian and English (B2 minimum), at least 1 year in banking or financial services, and an EU passport. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Lisbon and work on-site.

Your schedule

• 40 hours per week
• 24/7 rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday
