Job summary

CB Talents SP is hiring Italian-speaking Customer Support Specialists to support customers of a digital bank on-site in Lisbon, Portugal. You'll relocate with a reimbursed flight, a free apartment, and a total of €1,500 in bonuses, plus €1,050 gross monthly base pay for 40 hours weekly.

Training is provided before you handle live inquiries. You will assist customers in Italian and English, handle account and product questions, and work rotates shifts including weekends with a cohesive Lisbon

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian and English (B2 minimum)
• At least 1 year of experience in banking, financial services, or insurance
• EU passport holder, no visa needed
• Willing to relocate to Lisbon and work on-site
• Comfortable with rotating shifts, including weekends
