JAKKS Pacific is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage a portfolio of Italian customers and ensure excellent service from order receipt to delivery. You will work with the Operations, Sales and warehouse teams to meet delivery requirements, verify item codes and prices, and ensure compliance with EU labeling and packaging requirements.

The role requires experience in order entry, proficiency with MS Excel and Outlook, and a high school diploma.

Competenze

Experience in order entry with high accuracy; training provided on the JDE Oracle system.
Previous experience working with colleagues whose first language is English.
Knowledge of product barcodes and EU compliance requirements for supplying products to the retail sector.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Outlook would be advantageous.
High school diploma is required.

Mansioni

Provide excellent customer service in writing, verbally and in person when required.
Coordinate with Operations, Sales and warehouse to meet delivery requirements.
Ensure orders are processed accurately and correct item codes and prices are listed.
Enter orders into the JDE Oracle system (manual)
Adhere to stock allocations before releasing orders.
Ensure EU retail packaging warnings comply with EU Toy Safety Directive (TSD).
Split, group and update orders as needed.
Book, pick, pack and ship orders according to customer guidelines.
Review open orders weekly and update customers and Sales team on status.
Manage all open orders in JDE Oracle (quantities, dates, prices, shipping month, etc.).
