Mercedes-Benz is seeking Italian-speaking colleagues for its frontline customer experience team in sunny Greece. You’ll help drivers stay connected, safe and moving by guiding them through mobility apps and in-car tech while delivering premium service.

Training starts soon and you’ll gain expert knowledge of Mercedes me and related tools. A welcoming international team, relocation support, and ongoing career growth await you.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian (C1) and solid English (B2).
• Demonstrated comfort with iOS and Android devices.
• Strong problem-solving and people skills for high-pressure situations.

Mansioni

• Assist drivers with connecting mobility and smart tech, including Mercedes me app and car features.
• Provide 24/7 roadside rescue support and coordinate towing or breakdown assistance.
• Handle VIP customer service tasks like dealer bookings and warranty questions.
