Mercedes-Benz is seeking enthusiastic Italian-speaking customer experience professionals to join an elite frontline team in Greece. You’ll guide drivers through connected mobility, assist with the Mercedes me ecosystem, and ensure a VIP experience.

Train to master core skills with ongoing upskilling to a 3-skill legend, supported by a relocation package and international team environment. Greek relocation is provided as needed.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian (C1) and English (B2) are required.
• Tech-savvy with mobile devices (iOS/Android) and basic software navigation.
• Strong problem-solving and people skills; able to de‑escalate high-stress situations.

Mansioni

• Help drivers connect their smartphones to Mercedes me app and car features.
• Provide 24/7 roadside support coordination and travel assistance.
• Handle premium inquiries like dealer bookings, warranty questions, and VIP service.
