CB Talents SP is seeking enthusiastic Italian-speaking Customer Experts to support users of a premium luxury device brand. This role offers flexibility to work from home or in Athens, Greece, with full relocation support provided.

Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer support, assisting with sales inquiries, and addressing after-sales issues. Candidates need proficiency in Italian and intermediate English, and prior experience is not required as comprehensive training is offered.

A competitive gross monthly salary of €1,045.72 along with performance bonuses is available for this position.

Competenze

• Native or C2-level proficiency in Italian.
• Intermediate professional English for training.
• No prior experience required; paid training provided.

Mansioni

• Provide premium customer support in Italian via phone, chat, and email.
• Assist customers with sales inquiries for luxury products.
• Handle after-sales requests, resolving delivery and cancellation issues.
• Meet key performance metrics focused on customer satisfaction.
• Participate in weekly training and upskilling sessions.

Conoscenze

Native or C2-level proficiency in Italian

Intermediate professional English (B2/C1)

Solid PC literacy

Familiarity with MacOS and iOS

Typing speed of minimum 25 words per minute
