  • Provide support to Italian-speaking clients through various communication channels

  • Maintain accurate customer interaction records in our CRM system
  • Identify and escalate potential issues to management
  • Participate in team projects to improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Experience in customer service/support roles preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and positive attitude
