Glovo is seeking a senior Legal Counsel to act as a key partner, providing day-to-day legal support across all departments, with a focus on Italy. You will report to the Regional Legal Director ITSEE and help maintain high standards of compliance, privacy, and commercial excellence across our operations.

You will manage 231/2001 compliance, whistleblowing, and cross-country legal projects, collaborating with regional teams to ensure alignment with group policies and local regulations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in the legal field, with a mix of top-tier law firms and in-house corporate environments.
• Native Italian speaker; Advanced English for speaking and drafting.
• Experience in compliance (231/2001), whistleblowing, regulatory monitoring, privacy and consumer/commercial law.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day legal support across all departments.
• Lead compliance initiatives, whistleblowing channel, investigations and audits.
• Manage 231/2001 Model and liaise with Supervisory Body; monitor regulatory landscape.
• Support privacy/DPIA and data protection initiatives.
• Engage with local authorities and coordinate cross-country legal projects.
