Overview

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT professional to provide technical assistance and support to end-users. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently as part of a team. They must also be able to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to implement IT projects and initiatives that drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, or in-person visits to resolve hardware and software issues;
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights to ensure secure and efficient system operation;
  • Maintain and upgrade IT equipment, including desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals;
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions;
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement IT projects and initiatives that drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements
