Job summary

Moncler in Trebaseleghe (PD) offers an IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY IT Service Desk internship for 6 months. You will support user requests, help onboarding/offboarding, assist in configuring hardware and software, and manage tickets with our IT service desk tools, collaborating with Milan team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT field or related discipline.
• Basic hardware and software knowledge required.

Overview

IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY | FULL-TIME|6-MONTHS: We are looking for a passionate and engaged IT Service Desk intern to join our IT Service Desk team in our offices in Trebaseleghe (PD).

Your Impact

• Management of user requests and problems related to assigned devices;
• Management of employee onboarding and offboarding, including asset management;
• Assisting in the configuration and support of hardware and software devices;
• Monitoring and managing support tickets through our ticketing system;
• Collaboration with IT Service Desk Milan team and other departments to ensure timely resolution of reported issues.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in the IT field;
• Basic knowledge of both hardware and software aspects of computers;
• Familiarity with major operating systems;
• Knowledge of Office Automation;
• Good command of the English language;
• Availability, flexibility, and listening skills;
• Basic networking skills and familiarity with major instant communication systems.
