Moncler is seeking an After Sales Intern to join the Repair Department at our corporate offices in Trebaseleghe (PD). Immediate availability; 6-month full-time internship with an €800 monthly allowance and access to canteen or meal vouchers.

You will support the team with shipment sorting, item preparation for labs, verification of services, and order management while gaining hands-on experience in a luxury fashion environment.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma in technical or fashion fields.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Passionate and proactive.

Aufgaben

• Sort incoming shipments by channel (Retail, Wholesale, E‑Commerce) and record/inspect items.
• Create lists, invoices and files; prepare items with accessories for external labs.
• Receive items from laboratories and verify services performed.
• Assist with the first step of shipping items to different channels and complete paperwork.
• Maintain inventory and place orders for accessories and materials.

We are looking for a passionate and engaged After Sales Intern to join out Repair Department in our Corporate Offices in Trebaseleghe (PD).

Your Impact

In this role, you will support the team in the following activities:

• Sorting out received shipments by channel (Retail, Wholesale, and E-Commerce), carrying out recording and inspection of items
• Creating lists, invoices, files and getting items ready with the needed accessories to send to external labs for services
• Receiving items from the laboratories and verifying the services performed
• Handling the first step of shipping items to different channels, including paperwork
• Keeping track of inventory and placing orders for accessories and materials

Qualification

• Technical or Fashion Diploma
• Proficient in English
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Power Point)
• Good interpersonal skills
• Passionate and proactive
