Job summary

Moncler in Milan HQ is seeking a passionate Facility & Fleet Intern to join our General Services Department. This 6-month internship offers immediate start and full-time hours, with exposure to fleet data management and lifecycle activities.

You will work with drivers and external providers, prepare fleet reports, and help implement the company car policy, backed by MS Office and strong English skills. Monthly allowance of €800 and meal vouchers included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Economics, Management, or Logistics.
• Strong MS Office and Excel skills.
• Good command of English.
• Driving license (Category B).
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with deadline management.
• Teamwork, confidentiality and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support fleet data management, vehicle assignments and related documentation.
• Monitor fleet operations: deadlines, maintenance, inspections and tire schedules.
• Coordinate vehicle lifecycle from orders to returns with drivers and external providers.
• Assist admin management of fleet costs, invoices, mileage, claims and fines.
• Prepare reports on fleet performance, utilization and costs.
• Help implement the company car policy and related processes.

Overview

IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY | FULL-TIME | 6-MONTHS

We are looking for a passionate and engaged Facility & Fleet Intern to join our General Services Department in our Milan HQ.

Your Impact

• Support the management and update of fleet data, vehicle assignments and related documentation;
• Assist in monitoring fleet operations, including contractual deadlines, maintenance activities, inspections and tire replacement schedules;
• Support vehicle lifecycle management, from orders and deliveries to returns and replacement cars, coordinating with drivers and external providers;
• Assist in the administrative management of fleet-related costs, invoices, mileage reports, claims and fines;
• Prepare reports and analyses on fleet performance, utilization and costs;
• Support the implementation of the company car policy and related processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master's degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Logistics or related fields;
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong focus on Excel;
• Good command of English;
• Driving license (Category B);
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines;
• Teamworking attitude, attention to detail, confidentiality and a proactive approach.
