Job summary

UNAVAILABLE is seeking an IT Service Desk intern to join our Trebaseleghe (PD) office with immediate availability, full-time for a 6-month period. You will join the IT Service Desk team and help manage user requests, onboarding and offboarding, and hardware/software support.

You will monitor tickets, assist in asset management, collaborate with the Milan IT Service Desk and other departments to ensure timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in IT field.
• Basic knowledge of both hardware and software aspects of computers.
• Familiarity with major operating systems.
• Knowledge of Office Automation.
• Good command of the English language.
• Availability, flexibility, and listening skills.
• Basic networking skills and familiarity with major instant communication systems.

Responsibilities
