The Level Group in Milan is seeking a hands-on IT Operations Manager to ensure reliable IT infrastructure across HQ and 50 stores in Europe and the US. You will oversee networks, servers, Wi‑Fi, VPN, hardware, software, and security, steering daily operations and strategic improvements to reliability and cybersecurity.

We seek 5+ years in IT operations with strong project management, Microsoft 365 expertise, and experience with external vendors. Fluency in Italian and English is required.

• Proven IT project management experience.
• Microsoft 365 environment experience is a must.
• Technical background in networks, security, and system administration.
• Experience managing external vendors and IT service providers.
• Exposure to retail IT operations is a plus.

We are looking for a talented and hands‑on IT Operations Manager to join our fast-growing, high-performing team in Milan.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that TLG’s IT infrastructure and systems run seamlessly across our HQ and global retail network (50 stores in Europe and the US). You will oversee networks, hardware, software, and security, managing both daily operations and strategic initiatives that enhance reliability, efficiency, and cybersecurity.

What you’ll do:

• Manage and continuously improve TLG’s IT infrastructure (networks, servers, Wi-Fi, VPN, hardware, and software) across HQ and stores and internal processes.

• Oversee daily IT operations and ensure smooth functioning of all employee workstations, devices, and tools.

• Supervise and coordinate the external vendors, ensuring high-quality and timely service delivery to TLG people.

• Lead IT projects, optimization of Microsoft 365 infrastructure, cybersecurity initiatives and system monitoring improvements.

• Support employee lifecycle (onboarding/offboarding) in collaboration with HR, and work closely with Tech, Office, and other business functions to deliver effective IT solutions.

• Select, motivate, and supervise the IT team.

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of experience in IT roles (IT Infrastructure manager, IT Operation Manager or IT Senior Specialist).

• Proven experience in IT project management and infrastructure oversight.

• Microsoft 365 environment expericence is a must have.

• Technical background in networks, security, and system administration.

• Experience managing external vendors and IT service providers.

• Exposure to retail IT operations or distributed physical locations, is a nice to have.

• Proactive with strong communication, ownership, and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluency in Italian and English.

• Compensation package in a range between €45,000 - €55,000 gross annual salary, depending on experience, skills, and alignment with the role requirements.
