Maison Valentino is seeking an IT Infrastructure Service Manager to drive continuous improvement of IT services, strengthen monitoring, and enhance operational efficiency. You will work with internal teams and external partners, driving AI-based solutions while ensuring reliability and security.

The role emphasizes collaboration, governance via ITIL/ITSM, and leadership across global vendors. A strong engineering mindset and data-driven approach are essential for success.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, IT Operations, or Service Management.
• Experience coordinating vendors and outsourced service providers in structured international environments.
• Experience with ITSM platforms and monitoring/observability tools.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and AWS; familiarity with automation technologies.
• Experience using AI and Generative AI tools in a professional environment.

• Define and lead continuous improvement initiatives within Infrastructure Operations.
• Analyze operational trends, recurring incidents, and systemic issues, identifying preventive and corrective actions.
• Drive improvements in the reliability and availability of IT services.
• Oversee the evolution of monitoring and observability platforms.
• Define and monitor operational KPIs.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams and vendors on preventive maintenance plans.
• Identify automation opportunities through traditional tools and AI solutions.
• Support the adoption of AI and Generative AI technologies.
• Coordinate Problem Management and Root Cause Analysis activities.
• Partner with the Cyber Security team to enhance infrastructure resilience.
• Monitor vendor performance and drive continuous improvement plans.
