Bvlgari in Rome is seeking an Omnichannel AI Transformation Project Manager to orchestrate AI initiatives across eCommerce, Customer Service, Marketplace and Retail. You will bridge business teams, data/AI experts, IT and markets, ensuring well-defined use cases, on-time delivery, adoption by users and embedding into daily operations.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage the AI initiative portfolio, and drive scale from pilots to repeatable AI products, reporting to the Omnichannel Data

Competenze

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in PM, digital transformation, or omnichannel initiatives.
• Minimum 2 years delivering AI, analytics, automation, or data-driven projects.
• Proven cross-functional leadership in matrix organizations.
• Fluency in English; other languages a plus.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives across eCommerce, CS, Merchandising, CRM and Retail.
• Translate opportunities into AI use cases with KPIs and business outcomes.
• Prioritize AI portfolio within the Omnichannel Data & AI team.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners through the project lifecycle.
• Drive AI adoption, change management, training, and embedded solutions.
• Interface between global teams and local markets for rollouts and feedback.
• Monitor performance against KPIs, adoption metrics, and value targets.
• Govern timelines, risks, dependencies, and delivery quality.
• Transition pilots to scalable AI products in the omnichannel ecosystem.
• Report status, adoption progress, and portfolio performance to senior leadership.
