Maison Valentino cerca un IT Infrastructure Service Manager per guidare il miglioramento dei servizi e delle infrastrutture IT, migliorando affidabilità, disponibilità, sicurezza ed efficienza operativa. Il ruolo lavora con team interni e partner tecnologici.

Richiesta laurea in ambito IT e minimo 5 anni di esperienza; esperienza in contesti internazionali, gestione fornitori, conoscenze ITIL e piattaforme ITSM (preferibilmente ServiceNow); competenze in Azure/AWS e automazione, inclusa AI.

Competenze

• Laurea in Informatica, Ingegneria Informatica, o campo correlato.
• Almeno 5 anni in IT Infrastructure, IT Operations o Service Management.
• Esperienza in ambienti internazionali strutturati e gestione fornitori.

Mansioni

The role will contribute to the evolution of the IT operating model by strengthening monitoring capabilities, preventive maintenance, automation, and the adoption of Artificial Intelligence-based solutions, working closely with internal technical teams and external technology partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead continuous improvement initiatives within Infrastructure Operations.
• Analyze operational trends, recurring incidents, and systemic issues, identifying preventive and corrective actions.
• Drive improvements in the reliability and availability of IT services.
• Oversee the evolution of monitoring and observability platforms.
• Define and monitor operational KPIs.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams and vendors on preventive maintenance plans.
• Identify automation opportunities through traditional tools and AI solutions.
• Support the adoption of AI and Generative AI technologies.
• Coordinate Problem Management and Root Cause Analysis activities.
• Partner with the Cyber Security team to enhance infrastructure resilience.
• Monitor vendor performance and drive continuous improvement plans.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, IT Operations, or Service Management.
• Experience in structured international environments.
• Experience coordinating vendors and outsourced service providers.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructures.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and Service Management best practices.
• Experience with ITSM platforms, preferably ServiceNow.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and AWS.
• Familiarity with automation technologies and tools.

Cyber Security

• Knowledge of Vulnerability Management processes.
• Understanding of Patch Management and Security Monitoring.
• Familiarity with cyber risk management and operational resilience principles.

Artificial Intelligence

• Experience using AI and Generative AI tools in a professional environment.
• Ability to identify practical AI use cases within Infrastructure Operations.
• Understanding of opportunities and risks associated with AI adoption.
