Valentino ricerca un IT Infrastructure Service Manager per guidare il miglioramento continuo dei servizi e dell’infrastruttura IT, con focus su affidabilità, disponibilità, sicurezza ed efficienza operativa. Lavorerai a stretto contatto con team interni e partner esterni.

La posizione prevede responsabilità quali monitoraggio di KPI, analisi degli incidenti, evoluzione di pratiche di manutenzione e automazione, nonché supporto all’adozione di IA e IA generativa nell’infrastruttura IT.

Competenze

• Laurea in Informatica o ingegneria correlata.
• Esperienza minima di 5 anni in IT Infrastructure/Operations/Service Management.
• Esperienza in ambienti strutturati internazionali e con fornitori esterni.

Mansioni

• Definire e guidare iniziative di miglioramento continuo nelle Operations dell’Infrastruttura.
• Analizzare trend operativi, incidenti ricorrenti e problemi sistemici per azioni preventive/correttive.
• Guidare miglioramenti nell’affidabilità e disponibilità dei servizi IT.
• Supervisionare l’evoluzione di piattaforme di monitoring e observability.
• Definire e monitorare KPI operativi.
• Collaborare con team di infrastruttura e fornitori su piani di manutenzione preventiva.
• Individuare opportunità di automazione con strumenti tradizionali e soluzioni AI.
• Supportare l’adozione di AI e Generative AI nelle Operations.

IT Infrastructure Service Manager will be responsible for the continuous improvement of IT services and infrastructure, with the objective of enhancing reliability, availability, security, and operational efficiency. The role will contribute to the evolution of the IT operating model by strengthening monitoring capabilities, preventive maintenance, automation, and the adoption of Artificial Intelligence-based solutions, working closely with internal technical teams and external technology partners. Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead continuous improvement initiatives within Infrastructure Operations.
• Analyze operational trends, recurring incidents, and systemic issues, identifying preventive and corrective actions.
• Drive improvements in the reliability and availability of IT services.
• Oversee the evolution of monitoring and observability platforms.
• Define and monitor operational KPIs.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams and vendors on preventive maintenance plans.
• Identify automation opportunities through traditional tools and AI solutions.
• Support the adoption of AI and Generative AI technologies.
• Coordinate Problem Management and Root Cause Analysis activities.
• Partner with the Cyber Security team to enhance infrastructure resilience.
• Monitor vendor performance and drive continuous improvement plans.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, IT Operations, or Service Management.
• Experience in structured international environments.
• Experience coordinating vendors and outsourced service providers.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructures.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and Service Management best practices.
• Experience with ITSM platforms, preferably ServiceNow.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and AWS.
• Familiarity with automation technologies and tools.

Cyber Security

• Knowledge of Vulnerability Management processes.
• Understanding of Patch Management and Security Monitoring.
• Familiarity with cyber risk management and operational resilience principles.

Artificial Intelligence

• Experience using AI and Generative AI tools in a professional environment.
• Ability to identify practical AI use cases within Infrastructure Operations.
• Understanding of opportunities and risks associated with AI adoption.
