PDF Solutions in Brescia is looking for an experienced IT Helpdesk Technician to provide technical support for employees in a mixed Windows and macOS environment. The successful candidate will tackle hardware and software issues, assist with user onboarding, and maintain IT asset inventory.

The position requires 2+ years of experience in IT support, strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, and excellent communication skills. A salary between €25,000 and €36,000 per year is offered.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience providing IT support in a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, and Microsoft 365.
• Familiar with Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, and basic networking fundamentals.

Mansioni

• Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Support both Windows and macOS users, on-site and remotely.
• Assist with employee onboarding/offboarding, including account setup and device preparation.
