The job includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing IT assets, and assisting with employee onboarding. The pay range is €25,000.00 - €36,000.00 annually.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience providing IT support in a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, and Microsoft 365.
• Familiar with Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, and basic networking fundamentals.

Mansioni

• Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Support both Windows and macOS users, on-site and remotely.
• Configure, image, and deploy laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
