Job summary

Thélios S.p.A. in Italy seeks an IT Digital Solutions Analyst to join the IT Omnichannel team.

You will act as a bridge between business needs and technology, analyzing requirements, developing prototypes, automations, and AI-based solutions. Located in Longarone, you will work with business functions, IT teams and external partners to implement digital solutions, support REST API integrations, and ensure data quality and process efficiency.

Qualifications

• Has degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Engineering or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 1 year minimum experience in IT Applications Specialist, Functional Analyst, Digital Analyst, Web Developer or similar roles.
• Good understanding of digital processes and applications.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and Python, familiarity with REST APIs.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of English.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements from business functions and end users, translating needs into functional and technical specs.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows with focus on data quality and efficiency.
• Design and develop prototypes and automations, including AI/Generative AI solutions.
• Support integrations between applications and digital platforms via REST APIs.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, external vendors, and IT teams on projects and new requirements.
• Develop functional and technical documentation and support training for internal users.
