Axiom Technologies in Pisa, Italy is seeking a capable IT support professional to provide onsite and remote desktop support within the organization. You will handle end-user devices, manage incidents, and help maintain a secure, productive computing environment.

Responsibilities include configuring new workstations, supporting Windows/macOS/Linux environments, and collaborating with IT teams on escalated issues. Occasional after-hours work may be required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year in desktop support, helpdesk, or IT technician role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and basic networking concepts.

Mansioni

• Provide first- and second-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Respond to service requests and incidents via ticketing system or in person.
• Install, upgrade, and maintain operating systems and software applications.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
• Set up new employee workstations and configure user accounts and permissions.
