RIMOND in Milan seeks an IT & Cybersecurity Manager to consolidate and evolve its cloud-based IT landscape. You will implement IT governance, manage cloud infrastructure, and drive cybersecurity initiatives across the Group while aligning with AI-first objectives.

The role blends operational duties with project coordination in a fast-growing international environment, requiring proactive, hands-on leadership and strong collaboration with management and external providers.

Competenze

• 5–8 years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, cloud infrastructure, or cybersecurity-related roles.
• Experience coordinating external IT vendors and service providers.
• Strong experience and expertise in cloud environments, corporate networks, endpoint management, and cloud-based enterprise IT systems.
• Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with IT asset management and software licensing administration, including managing licenses across multiple countries (Italy and international).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals, identity and access management, and security best practices.
• Ability to work independently in evolving and non-structured environments.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and hands‑on attitude.
• Good communication skills and ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent English (mandatory).
• Availability for occasional international travel (UAE, Japan, UK).

• Support the implementation of the Group IT roadmap and operational initiatives.
• Coordinate external IT service providers, monitoring service quality, SLA compliance, and issue resolution.
• Support IT budget tracking and reporting activities.
• Contribute to the standardization and governance of RIMOND's cloud-based IT infrastructure, including cloud services, networks, and end-user devices.

• Contribute to incident management, security awareness, and access governance processes.
• Collaborate with external cybersecurity providers to monitor and improve the organization's security posture.
• Support the evaluation, rollout, and governance of AI tools across the Group, helping build an AI-driven culture as part of RIMOND's identity as a technology-forward company.
• Support administration of the BIM/Autodesk ecosystem (Revit, BIM 360/ACC), including licensing and user management.
• Collaborate with external partners and business stakeholders on SAP HANA-related activities.
• Support the management of the Google Workspace environment.
• Assist with integrations between business applications and document management systems.
• Contribute to the adoption and improvement of collaboration and productivity tools.
• Maintain core IT security controls, including MFA, backup verification, access management, and account administration.

We are looking for an IT & Cybersecurity Manager based in Milan to support the consolidation and evolution of RIMOND's IT landscape, which is entirely cloud-based.

The role will contribute to the implementation of IT governance, cloud infrastructure management, cybersecurity initiatives, and digital transformation projects across the Group. Working closely with senior management and external service providers, the successful candidate will help improve operational efficiency, strengthen security controls, and support the standardization of IT processes.

As a technology-driven company, RIMOND is also committed to expanding the adoption of AI tools and fostering an AI-first culture across the organization, and the role will play an active part in that journey.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation and Employment Terms

The employment level and compensation package will be determined based on the requirements of the role, the candidate's skills, qualifications, and professional experience. The gross annual salary (RAL) for this position ranges from €45,000 to €55,000, in addition to any benefits and contractual provisions provided under the applicable collective bargaining agreement (CCNL).
