RIMOND seeks an Electrical Design & Construction Manager to coordinate electrical and ELV systems across international projects. You will lead design and construction, ensuring technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and financial performance while guiding multidisciplinary teams.

The role focuses on integrating engineering, execution, and project objectives, with emphasis on BIM, performance optimization, and process improvement.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years experience in the design and management of electrical systems with site coordination.
• In-depth knowledge of power distribution, lighting design, ELV, and analysis including SAL and variation management.
• Fluency in Italian and English.

Job Overview We are seeking an Electrical Design & Construction Manager responsible for the coordination, design, and construction supervision of electrical and special systems (ELV, Fire Detection, Security, BMS) across a variety of international projects. The role will focus on ensuring technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and financial performance. The position will oversee the full lifecycle of electrical systems within complex design & build projects, acting as a key technical reference for both internal teams and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will contribute to the integration of multidisciplinary design solutions, ensuring consistency between engineering, execution, and overall project objectives. The role will also support the development of high-performing teams and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes, methodologies, and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the development of electrical and special systems, ensuring compliance with international standards and safety regulations.
• Prepare technical and economic documentation, develop cost estimates, and define project budgets for both public and private tenders.
• Collaborate with other engineering disciplines and external consultants to ensure the seamless integration of electrical systems within overall project development.
• Support the selection of MEP subcontractors, monitor site activities, and assist in the operational direction and final testing of systems.
• Promote and implement the use of advanced digital technologies and BIM methodologies to enhance performance, efficiency, and sustainability across projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience of at least 10 years in the design and management of electrical systems, with a strong focus on site coordination, preferably within complex Design & Build environments.
• In-depth knowledge of power distribution, lighting design, and special systems (ELV), combined with solid expertise in technical and economic analysis, including progress payment statements (SAL) and variation management.
• Fluency in both Italian and English is required.

Compensation and Employment Terms The compensation and contractual terms will be defined based on the requirements of the position, as well as the candidate’s skills, qualifications, professional experience, and type of contractual engagement. The expected compensation for the position ranges from €65,000 to €75,000 gross per year, or the equivalent annual compensation for a consultancy arrangement, depending on the contractual framework agreed upon.
