Job summary

COIMA SGR in Milan seeks an ICT Security & Network Specialist to design, secure, and evolve office, cloud, and building networks. You will lead incident response with ISO, SOC, and partners and ensure compliance with DORA, NIS2 and GDPR.

You will be the group’s go-to network expert, collaborating with the IT Infrastructure & Security Manager, and coordinating with real estate and tech projects across the organization. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in networking and cybersecurity, preferably in regulated sectors.
• Bachelor's degree in STEM or technical diploma.
• Solid routing, switching, SD-WAN, LAN/WLAN, NAC experience.
• Security and cloud skills including NGFW, EDR, SIEM, IAM.
• Knowledge of DORA, NIS2, GDPR; relevant certifications welcomed.
• Fluent English and clear documentation skills.

We are looking for an ICT Security & Network Specialist to join our IT team in Milan: the hired person will become the group's go-to network expert and the right hand of our IT Infrastructure & Security Manager.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, document and evolve our office, cloud and building networks (LAN/WLAN, SD-WAN, telco).
• Be the IT/network reference for real estate and tech projects, from the first drawings to handover.
• Keep smart buildings safe: segregate OT/BMS systems and secure remote access for contractors.
• Stand on the front line of incident response with our ISO, SOC and partners.
• Support security controls, VA/PT remediation and DORA/NIS2 compliance.
• Steer top-tier providers, hold them to their SLAs and act as deputy for IT Disaster Recovery.

Education, skills and experience required:

• 5+ years in networking and cybersecurity, ideally in banking, insurance, asset management or other regulated sectors.
• Bachelor's degree in STEM disciplines (preferred), or alternatively, a technical diploma.
• Solid network know-how (routing & switching, SD-WAN, LAN/WLAN, NAC); building/OT networks a strong plus.
• Security and cloud skills: NGFW, EDR, SIEM, VA/PT, IAM, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID.
• Knowledge of DORA, NIS2, GDPR, Circular 285, ISO 27001; certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, NSE 4, PCNSA, Security+ or CISSP/CISM are welcome.
• A calm head in a crisis, a love for clear documentation, firmness with suppliers and fluent English.

Base salary range: 55.000 – 70.000 € (+ MBO and other benefits)
