RIMOND is seeking a proactive MEP Site Manager/Supervisor to lead on-site activities across Italy with assignments in Rome or Milan. You will oversee mechanical, electrical, and special systems, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery, while coordinating with Site Manager andTechnical Management.

You bring 15+ years of MEP site supervision, fluent Italian and English, and the ability to read digital drawings and technical docs.

• Excellent command of both Italian and English.
• Ability to read and interpret digital drawings and specialized technical documentation.

We are looking for a proactive MEP Site Manager/Supervisor with strong leadership and organizational skills. Precision, problem-solving ability in dynamic environments, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a results-oriented approach are essential to join our team.

The position can be based in Rome or Milan; however, availability to travel and work on construction sites across Italy is required. This includes active project sites such as our current project in Perugia, as well as future assignments in other locations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising on-site activities related to mechanical, electrical, and special systems, ensuring project objectives are achieved safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the management and daily monitoring of site activities and the operational direction of MEP systems.
• Continuous interaction with and support to key on-site stakeholders, including the Site Manager, Construction Management, and Technical Management.
• Assisting in the evaluation and selection of MEP subcontractors and analyzing technical proposals.
• Supporting final testing and commissioning, and supervising all phases of system handover to the client.
• Assisting in the preparation of key documents such as Work Progress Reports (SAL) and managing variations during construction.
• Supervising, developing, and mentoring on-site project staff, and supporting work planning activities.

Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret digital drawings and specialized technical documentation.

Compensation and Employment Terms

The compensation and contractual terms will be defined based on the requirements of the position, as well as the candidate’s skills, qualifications, professional experience, and type of contractual engagement. The expected compensation for the position ranges from €60,000 to €70,000 gross per year, or the equivalent annual compensation for a consultancy arrangement, depending on the contractual framework agreed upon.
