We are looking for an experienced IT Senior Business Process Partner to join our Group Business Processes & IT Department and play a key role in our digital transformation journey, with a strategic focus on business process evolution.
Tasks & responsibilities: Contribute to the governance and execution of the company's digital transformation agenda, supporting strategic initiatives across multiple business functions. Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional initiatives related to projects' implementation, process harmonization, and organizational change. Analyze and challenge existing business processes, identifying opportunities for standardization, simplification, and operational improvement. Lead and moderate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, testing activities, and decision-making processes with international stakeholders. Ensure successful execution of project activities including planning, prioritization, testing, training, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization. Promote user adoption and organizational readiness by supporting key users and facilitating collaboration across departments. Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and critical topics, proactively driving mitigation and resolution actions. Contribute to the coordination and alignment of internal and external resources involved in transformation initiatives. Act as a change agent, influencing stakeholders across functions and driving business transformation initiatives.
Annual Gross Base Salary Range: 45.000 - 55.000 + additional target bonus of 5-10% of base salary.
