Teoresi Group seeks a driven Business Development Manager IT to lead growth in ICT, Digital and High Potential Market across Italy. You will identify target accounts, create opportunities from ground up and build lasting client relationships.

Based in Turin, Milan, or Rome, you will lead a team of engineers, manage commercial activities, and drive digital transformation projects while collaborating with R&D and industry partners.

Competenze

• At least 2 years of experience in sales or business development in a B2B technology, engineering or consulting environment.
• Strong commercial drive and the ability to create opportunities, not simply manage incoming leads.
• Confidence in working with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Engineering background preferred; MBA considered an additional qualification.
• Experience gained in an engineering consulting firm is nice to have; experience in digital transformation and IT is a plus.
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit, proactivity, outstanding communication skills, natural leadership, teamworking, empathy, autonomy and strong relationship‑building skills.

• Develop and lead the BU with a team of specialized engineers, delivering high-tech consulting services.
• Define strategies for development and selling digital solutions within assigned accounts.
