EXA Group in Milan HQ seeks an Group IT Business Applications Manager to drive the evolution of the group’s application landscape and oversee digital transformation initiatives. You will act as the primary link between Business and IT, ensuring reliability, service quality and governance across applications and vendors.

Required: degree in IT/engineering/economics and 5+ years in IT business partnering or project delivery, with strong stakeholder management, and fluency in Italian and English.

Competenze

• Degree in IT/Engineering/Economics or related field.
• 5+ years in IT Business Partner, Application Manager, PM, or Technology Consultant.
• Experience in complex business transformation projects with external vendors.
• Strong understanding of enterprise applications and integrated solutions.
• Experience in project and program management and governance.
• Italian mother tongue and English professional proficiency; French is a plus.

• Act as IT partner for Business Leaders and Process Owners, aligning priorities with technology initiatives.
• Translate business needs into roadmaps and solution proposals.
• Manage demand and investment prioritization, balancing value, risk, and resources.
