Job summary

Deutsche Bank AG in Lombardy, Italy seeks a highly experienced Business Transformation Specialist - Investment to support analyses, design and implementation of transformation initiatives within investment services. The role spans across MiFID framework and investment processes, engaging Business, IT, vendors and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end changes.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in Investment/Financial Services with knowledge of MiFID and operating models.
Exposure to primary and secondary markets, managed investments and administered assets.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyse and formalise business requirements for MiFID operating model and investment services.
Translate business needs into functional requirements for IT and vendors; review proposed solutions for alignment.
Support transformation of the MiFID framework and investment processes including primary and secondary market activities.
Plan, coordinate and execute UAT, define test scenarios and validate results; coordinate go-live activities.
Collaborate with Business, IT, control functions and vendors to deliver transformation initiatives; manage priorities.
