Deutsche Bank AG in Milano invites a Business Transformation Specialist - Investment to analyze, design and implement MiFID-driven transformation initiatives across investment services. You will collaborate with Business, IT and vendors to deliver end-to-end changes in a dynamic banking environment.

The role focuses on MiFID framework evolution, including questionnaires, suitability, appropriateness and Target Market controls, and exposure to primary/secondary markets and managed investments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Investment / Financial Services.
• Experience with MiFID regulation and investment workflows.
• Strong analytical skills: requirements gathering, process and impact analysis, and solution validation.

Responsabilités

• Gather and formalise business requirements for the Bank's MiFID operating model and investment services, assessing impacts on processes and applications.
• Translate business needs into functional IT requirements and review proposed solutions for alignment with outcomes.
• Support transformation of the MiFID framework and investment processes, including primary/secondary markets and administered assets.
• Plan, coordinate and execute UAT, define test scenarios, validate results, and coordinate go-live activities.
• Collaborate with Business, IT, vendors and stakeholders to deliver transformation initiatives, managing multiple priorities.
