Qualifications

Strong academic background with bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business, finance, economics, or engineering.
Extensive full-time experience in Investment Banking or Private Equity.
Proven financial modelling and valuation skills with strong attention to detail.
Fluent in English and Italian; excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficient with financial analytics software and Microsoft Office suite.
Commercial instinct, results-driven, able to work under tight deadlines.
Team player capable of handling multiple responsibilities.
Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity with ethical use.

Responsibilities

Work on large-cap M&A, ECM and Leveraged Finance origination and execution.
Conduct detailed valuation analyses (DCF, comps, LBO).
Support origination and coverage efforts with senior bankers.
Prepare industry statistics and pitches; participate in client meetings.
Interact with various sectors and product teams across the bank, locally and abroad.
Assist in live deal execution and project management.
