Qualifications

• 8+ years in management consulting or financial services with banking exposure.
• Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Management, Engineering or related field.
• Strong Italian Banking market knowledge and senior stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development and account growth across key Banking & Financial Services clients in Italy.
• Lead transformation programs covering Core Banking, Digital & AI Transformation, Risk, Regulatory and Operating Model initiatives.
• Own origination, qualification and conversion of consulting opportunities to grow pipeline and revenue.
• Act as a trusted advisor to banking executives, supporting complex business and technology transformations.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and develop consulting talent and sector expertise.
