Deutsche Bank AG is seeking a Vice President to lead and coordinate a broad portfolio of strategic, cross-domain transformation initiatives for PB Transformation Italy. The role focuses on alignment across business and infrastructure, translating needs into executable delivery plans, and providing senior stakeholders with clear decision support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience managing complex projects or programs in banking or regulated environments.
• Strong business analysis skills across requirements gathering and definition; good knowledge of Project Management methodologies and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities with strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills across business, product, control, technology and data teams.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in written and spoken business English.

Responsabilités

• Own projects and programs from initiation to stabilization, defining scope, milestones, deliverables, acceptance criteria and measurable outcomes.
• Translate Private Bank strategy into change across Italy, covering operating models, capabilities, client and advisor journeys and efficiency.
• Lead regulatory, compliance and mandatory initiatives from impact assessment to implementation, ensuring requirements interpretation and traceability, timely decisions and delivery evidence.
• Coordinate Business, Product, Technology, control functions and other stakeholders, clarifying accountabilities and resolving interface gaps.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks and issues, define recovery actions, elevate material concerns and drive decisions to closure.
