Job summary
Capgemini Invent in Italy is seeking a Banking Strategy & Transformation Managing Consultant to help grow our Banking & Financial Services practice in Italy. You will drive business development, lead core banking and digital transformation programs, and guide senior stakeholders through complex changes.
The role requires deep banking industry expertise, a strong network with Italian financial institutions, and the ability to originate opportunities.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Management Consulting or Financial Services.
- Strong exposure to Banking clients and commercial mindset.
- Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Management, Engineering or related field.
Responsibilities
- Drive business development and account growth across Italian Banking clients.
- Lead transformation programs covering Core Banking, Digital & AI Transformation, Risk, Regulatory and Operating Model initiatives.
- Own origination, qualification and conversion of consulting opportunities.
- Act as trusted advisor to banking executives on complex transformation agendas.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and develop consulting talent and sector expertise.
