Job summary

Kroll, based in Milan, seeks an Associate Manager in Investigations Diligence and Compliance. You will lead aspects of investigations or manage day-to-day analysis, reporting to a senior case manager, with a client-facing focus to exceed expectations while preserving the Kroll brand.

Ideal candidates will have ACCA/ACA or equivalent, strong analytics, and fluency in Italian and English, with experience across borders and complex data sets.

Qualifications

• Strong academic background and professional certification such as ACCA/ACA.
• Experience in audit or consulting in a professional services firm, investigative/research organization or regulatory body.
• Fluency in Italian and English; cross-border investigative experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead aspects of a large investigation or manage day-to-day analysis on smaller cases.
• Research and analyze client data sets; present findings to case managers.
• Write well-structured, objective reports addressing client questions and concerns.
• Use Excel and PowerPoint to illustrate findings and patterns.
• Coordinate concurrent projects and manage competing demands; build client relationships.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Kroll’s offices and practices.
