Kroll is seeking an Associate Director in Milano to lead valuation and advisory engagements within the Real Estate Advisory Group's Hospitality practice. The role requires managing client relationships, guiding engagement teams and delivering services across hospitality, leisure and real estate sectors.

You will oversee valuation models and analyses, provide strategic advice on acquisitions, and help grow the practice across key markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• Significant experience in hospitality real estate valuation, advisory, consulting, investment or related disciplines.
• Proven experience managing client relationships and leading project teams.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of hospitality and real estate markets.
• Advanced valuation and financial modelling capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to originate, develop and expand client relationships.
• Strong leadership, people management and mentoring skills.
• Excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, international and fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are highly desirable.

Kroll is currently seeking an Associate Director within the Real Estate Advisory Group (REAG), Hospitality department. This individual will lead valuation and advisory engagements, manage client relationships and support the strategic growth of the Hospitality practice across key markets.

Day-to-day responsibilities

The current salary range for this position is €40,000 to €52,500.
