Job summary

Kroll Italia, based in Milan, seeks an Associate Manager to lead aspects of large investigations and manage day-to-day analysis for smaller cases. You will research client data, structure findings, and present them to case managers while maintaining the Kroll brand and client satisfaction.

The role requires strong academic background, professional qualifications, and experience in audit or consulting. Fluency in Italian and English is highly valued.

Qualifications

• ACCA/ACA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Experience in an audit or consulting role in professional services.
• Cross-border investigative/research experience is a plus.
• Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gain deep understanding of case and client needs through discussions with the client and a senior team member.
• Examine and interpret case information to produce in-depth analysis and identify further research needs.
• Analyze large financial data sets and present findings using Excel and related tools.
• Write structured, objective reports addressing central client questions.
• Use Excel and PowerPoint to illustrate findings with diagrams and visuals.
• Provide feedback to senior team members and coordinate with peers to ensure quality.
• Build strong working relationships across Kroll offices and practices.
