Job summary

Kroll is seeking a Senior Associate within the Real Estate Advisory Group (REAG), Hospitality department. The successful candidate will play a key role in the execution and delivery of complex valuation and advisory engagements across a broad range of hospitality and real estate assets.

You will perform valuation analyses, develop and review complex financial models, conduct market research, manage workstreams, and deliver high-quality client reports in a fast-paced, cross-border environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Architecture or related discipline.
• Relevant experience in real estate valuation, hospitality advisory, real estate consulting or related fields.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Solid understanding of hospitality and commercial real estate markets.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English; other European languages are a plus.
• Relevant cross-border experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform valuation analyses on hospitality and real estate assets using standard methodologies.
• Develop and review complex financial models including DCF, comparables, market studies and development appraisals.
• Conduct in-depth market research, feasibility assessments and benchmarking.
• Manage key workstreams and ensure timely delivery of client reports.
• Gather information through client interaction, site visits, and market intelligence.
• Prepare valuation reports, presentations and client deliverables with minimal supervision.
• Support business development through market research and proposal work.
• Mentor Analysts and Interns on technical analysis and report writing.
• Collaborate with senior team members on large cross-border assignments.

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Performing valuation analyses on a wide range of hospitality and real estate assets utilizing recognized valuation methodologies and industry best practices.
• Developing and reviewing complex financial models including discounted cash flow analyses, comparable transactions, market studies and development appraisals.
• Conducting in-depth market research, feasibility assessments and benchmarking analyses.
• Managing key workstreams of engagements and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality client reports.
• Gathering and analyzing information through direct client interaction, site inspections, industry research and market intelligence.
• Preparing valuation reports, presentations and client deliverables with minimal supervision.
• Supporting business development initiatives through market research, proposal preparation and client relationship management.
• Mentoring Analysts and Interns, providing guidance on technical analysis, financial modelling and report writing.
• Collaborating with senior team members on large and complex cross-border assignments.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Architecture or related discipline.
• Relevant experience within real estate valuation, hospitality advisory, real estate consulting, transaction services or a similar field.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Solid understanding of hospitality and commercial real estate markets.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.

The current salary range for this position is €33,000 to €41,500.
