Kroll in Milano seeks an Analyst to perform complex financial reporting and valuation work, combining technical skills with industry knowledge. The role supports clients in valuations, tax requirements, and related advisory services.

You will work on business enterprise valuations, purchase price allocations, and valuations of complex securities, building and reviewing financial models and presenting results to project teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics from an accredited college/university.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Advisory Firm specializing in valuation of companies, intangible assets, financial assets and liabilities.
• Knowledge of valuation methodologies including DCF, income method, comparable company and transaction methods.

Mansioni

• Gather data and information pertinent to the engagement across various industries.
• Provide insight on target industries, market and competitor information.
• Perform valuation analysis and build/review financial models.
• Present results in a clear report to project teams.
• Assist in developing presentations and client communications.
• Supervise junior staff on analyses, reports, and presentations.
