Human Technopole in Milan seeks a Warehouse Specialist to manage inventory, ensure stock accuracy, and organize the warehouse for efficient operations. You will work closely with Procurement and Research teams and report to the Warehouse Manager.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in inventory control, experience with WMS/ERP, strong Excel skills, and fluency in Italian and English. This is a permanent, on-site role at our Milan campus with a focus on reliable stock flow and process improvements.

Competenze

• High school diploma or higher in logistics, business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years in inventory management, stock handling, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with WMS and ERP software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Native Italian speaker or equivalent fluency.

Mansioni

• Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels.
• Organize the warehouse for optimal efficiency and easy picking.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Research teams to align stock with needs.
• Report stock discrepancies and generate periodic inventory reports.
• Assist in forecasting and demand planning of stock.
