Essity in Legnano (Milan) is seeking a Secondary Distribution Warehouse Coordinator to manage a network of external warehouse providers in Northern Italy. You will focus on safety, quality, service and efficiency, transforming data into insights to drive improvements.

You will monitor KPIs, prepare reports, collaborate with Supply Chain, Customer Service and 3PLs, and lead cost optimization initiatives while ensuring compliance with standards.

Competenze

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of warehouse/logistics experience.
• Experience with 3PL providers is highly valued.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Experience in reporting, performance analysis and KPI management.

We are looking for a Secondary Distribution Warehouse Coordinator to join our Secondary Distribution team Italy, based in Legnano (Milan). This role plays a key part in coordinating a network of external warehouse providers across Northern Italy, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, service, and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will work closely with logistics service providers and internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. This role has a strong focus on performance management, KPI analysis and data-driven decision making. The successful candidate will transform operational data into actionable insights, identify improvement opportunities and support strategic decisions aimed at optimizing warehouse efficiency, service quality and cost performance.

Who You Are

• Experience gained within logistics companies and/or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers is highly valued
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret operational data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making
• Proven experience in reporting, performance analysis, and KPI management
