The Member Company, operating as TMC, is seeking an Embedded Software Engineer to contribute to IoT projects. The role focuses on C/C++ development on Linux platforms, connectivity features, and embedded protocols in a global high‑tech consultancy environment.

The position offers a permanent contract with a base gross annual salary of at least €32,000, plus a project profit‑sharing component, a €4,000 net annual learning budget, and a welfare allowance as part of the compensation package.

Competenze

• M.Sc. in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in embedded software development.
• Proven ability to develop software autonomously using C and C++.
• Experience with Embedded Linux environments.
• Knowledge of embedded communication protocols, including I2C, UART and SPI.
• Familiarity with BLE, LoRa and Zigbee wireless technologies.
• Good command of both Italian and English (written and spoken).
• Strong motivation to embrace TMC's Employeneurship model.

The position offers a permanent employment contract, and the base gross annual salary (Gross Annual Salary - RAL) will be no less than €32,000, in line with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce - Tertiary, Distribution and Services.TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package. At the end of the recruitment process, after assessing the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may offer a final gross annual salary higher than the amount stated above.In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a project profit-sharing component, an individual annual learning and development budget of €4,000 net, and an annual welfare allowance.
