TMC cerca un neolaureato o profilo in prima fase di carriera per crescere in gestione progetti in un ambiente tecnologico innovativo a Milano. L’opportunità implica collaborazione con stakeholder, IT e project manager senior.

Si richiede Laurea magistrale, conoscenze di Agile/Waterfall, e abilità di analisi, organizzazione e comunicazione. Offerti strumento avanzati e prospettive di crescita professionale.

Competenze

• Laurea magistrale in Management Engineering, Computer Science o campo correlato.
• 0-2 anni di esperienza in project management, coordinazione o analisi di business.
• Buona conoscenza di metodologie digitali e IT, con interesse per innovazione e strumenti di lavoro.

Mansioni

• Supporto alla pianificazione, coordinazione e monitoraggio di progetti Digital/IT.
• Raccolta e strutturazione delle esigenze di business in azioni e documentazione di progetto.
• Monitoraggio di tempistiche, milestone, deliverables, rischi e punti aperti con follow-up.
• Preparazione note riunioni, aggiornamenti di stato e dashboard per stakeholder.
• Contributo al miglioramento continuo adottando strumenti e processi di project management.

Key Responsabilities Will Include

• Support the planning, coordination, and monitoring of Digital and IT projects.


• Help collect and structure business needs, translating them into clear actions, requirements, and project documentation.


• Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, risks, and open points, ensuring timely follow-up with the involved teams.


• Prepare meeting notes, project status updates, dashboards, and reporting materials for internal and external stakeholders.


• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, supporting the adoption of digital tools, processes, and project management best practices.

Cosa ci aspettiamo da te

• Master's degree in Management Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.


• 0-2 years of experience in project management, project coordination, business analysis, digital transformation, or IT consulting.


• Strong interest in Digital and IT projects, with curiosity for technologies, business processes, and innovation initiatives.


• Basic knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.


• Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage priorities.


• Good communication skills and ability to interact with both business and technical stakeholders.


• Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office, Teams, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Trello, or similar platforms is considered a plus.


• Fluent Italian and English.


• Willingness to travel and relocate will be considered a plus.


• Strong motivation to embrace TMC's Employeneurship model.

Cosa puoi aspettarti da noi

The position offers a permanent employment contract, and the base gross annual salary (Gross Annual Salary – RAL) will be no less than €30,000, in line with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce - Tertiary, Distribution and Services.

TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package. At the end of the recruitment process, after assessing the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may offer a final gross annual salary higher than the amount stated above.

In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a project profit-sharing component, an individual annual learning and development budget of €4,000 net, and an annual welfare allowance. Further details will be provided during the recruitment process, in accordance with the company's applicable policies.
