TMC in Milano, Italy, is seeking engineers to design, develop and test software solutions from requirements to live deployment. The role emphasizes C++ and Qt, and requires experience with embedded systems and a Master of Science in Computer Science or equivalent.

The position offers a permanent contract with a base gross annual salary of at least €36,000, aligned with CCNL Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution and Services, plus a performance component and a development budget.

What you can expect from us

The position offers a permanent employment contract, and the base gross annual salary (Gross Annual Salary – RAL) will be no less than €36,000, in line with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution and Services.

TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package. At the end of the recruitment process, after assessing the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may offer a final gross annual salary higher than the amount stated above.

In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a project profit-sharing component, an individual annual learning and development budget of €4,000 net, and an annual welfare allowance. Further details will be provided during the recruitment process, in accordance with the company's applicable policies.
